The challenge

An HR consulting founder wanted to turn a decade of team-diagnostics IP into a SaaS tool that leaders could run themselves. The hard part wasn't the survey — it was the analysis that turned 200 anonymous responses into an action plan.

The outcome

We built the assessment flow, the analytics layer, and the client-facing dashboard. TruPulse runs anonymised surveys for mid-market teams and returns an executive-readable trust diagnostic in under a week.
