How do we start an engagement?

What does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope. A two-week discovery sprint starts at $12K and gives you a priced backlog to decide against. Full builds typically land between $60K and $400K depending on surface area and timeline.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both. Discovery is almost always fixed-price. Production build phases are usually time-and-materials with a priced ceiling — we flag early if we're trending toward it.
Where are you based?
Bluehall Technologies, LLC is registered in Maryland, USA, with our US office in Gaithersburg. The delivery team is remote-first across three time zones, with daily overlap with US business hours.
Can you sign our MSA / NDA?
Yes. We routinely sign client paper, including BAAs for healthcare work and DPAs for EU clients. Send us your template and we'll turn it around.
Do you take on very small projects?
Occasionally. The floor is usually around $12K (our two-week discovery sprint). Below that we're happy to recommend peers in our network.
