The challenge

A digital payments platform that had to move real money across regulated corridors, pass a PCI-DSS audit on its first attempt, and be operated by a small team.

The outcome

We designed the service topology, built the settlement pipeline, and supported the team through a clean PCI-DSS audit — handing over a platform they can continue to scale with their own engineers.
