The challenge

Embassies in Washington DC needed a consular operations platform that fit their workflows, hosted on-prem for data-sovereignty reasons, and maintained by a partner who could answer the phone in DC-friendly hours.

The outcome

We built on ERPNext with a custom consular services module, hosted from the embassy's own infrastructure. Today GlobeScope serves 30+ embassies with shared tooling and embassy-specific customisations.
